Hmmm i'd test your internet connection settings and say if any errors arise. If none do there's probably not too much you can do about it. Maybe even try re-installing the update maybe?

same here, i updated to version 1.90, and the homepage dosent load. i am using wired connection. i never saw the ps3 homepage before, it never worked for me. what is it anyway and i can do everything else. i can access all sites and psn, folding@home, all online games, but just not that 1 site...
