Haha vinzor man have you tried remoting into your dads computer from your laptop? Also on the off chance when your dad leaves the computer logged into his name, create yourself a secret local administrator account so you can remote in from your laptop, login and fiddle with a few things to your liking

There's also a little thing where you can input a certain command into dos aka command prompt to shutdown/restart other computers on the same network as you

Here's a little info for you:
shutdown -i: gives you an interface for shutting down remote pcs. You need to be domain admin though.
shutdown /?: will give you all the commands you need to know for shutting down a computer
shutdown -a: is a useful one. It aborts a shutdown, useful if you have something like the Sasser virus.
