Motionflow is Sony's name for the 120Mhz capability (also known as 120 frames per second). With TVs nowadays displaying max 50Mhz/60Mhz, the 100Mhz/120Mhz technology improves upon the "flow" of the images of the screen. In other words, the more frames per second is displayed, the smoother the picture is. Other TV makers have 120Mhz in their yet to be released TVs as well, but they all give it different names, like Finemotion...
Melad if you trust me, DON'T do what pirare is recommending. All TVs at the shops are not tweaked and their settings are "maxed" on everything, so you will see that the TVs they want to sell will be brighter than the TVs they don't want to sell. Also the lighting at the shops is also NOT like your home, so the PQ and the colour reproduction of the TV won't be the same when you view it at home.
Take my advice and listen to those who have had experiences with the TVs, just go to other TV forums and listen to those who bought one.
We want advice from consumers, not TV SALESPEOPLE.
