Did you pay via paypal or bank deposit? If you payed through paypal all you need to do is send them an email and tell them what happened. I was scammed before but payed through paypal and i got my money back.

yeh man u can still get ur money back, just launch a thing with ebay and they can actually take it out of his account and put the money back into yours... happened to me once with dvds... u just need a reciept of purchase, like the bank transfer reciept, and yeh u should be fine

Yeah well i finally tracked down a phone number for the seller and yeah found out that his account was hijacked by someone. I have the bank account details and tracked down the bank via the bsb. The odd thing is the bank is located in seymour victoria

! I'll only get back a maximum of $375 out of $850 but i'm going to file a report with the police and see how i go there.

No1 rule on ebay never buy anything electrical and always use Payapl over $200
