Eventually they will stop making them especially as sales of the PS3 pick up, but right now you can get great deals on PS2's in EB. I doubt there will be many more changes to come in the PS2 line-up.

Yeah me to iddqd sold my ps2 after 6yrs of good times. Might buy another ps2, just for Manhunt the 1 game I have thats not ps3 compatible. I don't see Sony will ever make it backward compatible. I think the price will drop to $99 at some point next year. It won't die just yet, until developer's stop making them and ps2 games stop selling.
