I dont know wat stores u guys have been to, but a few of the stores i've been to have had ppl who are friendly, actually serve and help u out, where as i've been to stores where they have done practically wat u've all said, poor service, dont rly know wats going on and didnt know much bout games. Not all EB Games stores are like that. Yes its tru that other retailers have better prices, but thats y they price match. JB HIFI sells their games soo cheap cuz they make all thier money from selling hardware. I mean if u pay marked price for a tv or computer etc there ur and idiot.

You know when you get a game and take the empty box up to the counter, and the eb staff member goes to get the disc out of the draw? One guy that served me, went out the back to find the disc and asked the other EB staff member if she had seen it!?? I casually said "would the disc be in that draw labelled "discs"? The young dud3 was so embarrassed Lulz. The meaning of ****ing stupidity is only a short eb trip away!

I went for a job interview at EB Games yearrrrrrrrrrrrrrs ago. I was quite surprised at the manager's take on things. He said my knowlede of games didn't matter, as long as I had retail experience. I was thinking "wtf...this guy is willing to hire someone with no knowledge of the product their selling?"

Then he went on to say how EB Games make their money, and it's all through used games. New games give them maybe a $1-$2 profit each, and the consoles may $10 each. But the used games they mark-up by 400% sometimes. You get jibbed everytime you go there. Anyone who shops there or trades in their games or whatever there is a sucker imo.

Stupid EB people, i didnt find out about this until after christmas cause it was a surprise gift.

I must say there is 1 nice person at another EB, the rest are complete idiots with no customer service skills
