JB Hi Fi deals/trade in offers are getting better and better. Personaly I think that most people are now shopping for there games at JB as they are cheaper. For example- I went to EB games the other day looking at Rainbow Six V2, when i saw the price tag of $119.99 i thought id go look at JB before i decide. Walked into JB and saw it for $89.99 and thought to myself "From now im shopping here" Only thing that i noticed is there preowned games are a little expensive at my local store.

Don't bother, it'll put you off number 2. The original RSV is pretty cruddy now, compared to other games. Don't get me wrong, it's a fantastic game...just VERY outdated.

Thats alright, i reckon Big W is better with games though, the day before i bought my PS3 i got army of 2 for $76 and a few others were also $76, which probably beats EB's best price! I wouldnt buy another console from there but for games shopping it is good

ebs best price is only when people price match, so pretty much EB best price is every other shops cheapest price

In EB the other day and notice how expensive the pre-owned games were. They had Motorstorm for $69.95 pre-owned, then the brand new one for $59.95 on the very next shelf up. Assasins Creed was like $89 pre owned. What a ripoff.

I routinely try and get my games at JB - all Aussie owned, and it keeps me from the blistering frustration of dealing with those thieves at EB... and their trade-in values are twice those at EB (farnum)

I've traded a number of game imported games at JB. I've succeeded with every game except Major League Baseball 2K7. That wasn't on their database, so they wouldn't accept it.

JB actually do have some pretty good trade in deals. See the GTAIV trade in deal coming up. I traded two games that cost me about $50 for Burnout Paradise. For some games they will give you what you'd expect to get on ebay...

Has anyone tried JB in Victoria.. I spoke to Highpoint one day and the girl goes no worries about imported games.. A week later different guy told me he wouldn't trade them in. I think it's luck of the draw.

i traded in 2 games for rainbow vegas 2. one was an aus release game and the other was a us release game. there were no questions asked. just had to show my id and transaction was done.
this was at knox JB by the way.

I've done at JB in the city and Brighton. Don't even mention they are imported. Most staff wouldn't think to check or know what to look for.

I hate trading in at JB, I once went in there with 5 New PSP games, and he scanned it and it came up as all for 24.40 dollars. 
And they were decent games aswell.

i think it goes both way, 2 for 1 trade is absolutely fantastic but on the case i was going to trade in unopened smackdown vs raw 2008 (steel case) and they only offer 22 bux, will probably try to sell it on ebay to get more money out of it
