I have all three. I think my 360 is a piece of **** followed by the wii. Ps3 is the best right now.

Just wondering is the online for Xbox better than the PS3's online because of all those achievements and regardless of paying for online?

Personally, while the PSN is free, I feel the 360 is faster and better integrated. I really dislike browsing the PSN for games, much prefer the way the 360 handles it. As for downloading updates, demos, etc, I find LIVE much faster.
I'm sure everyone else will say the PSN is better because it's free. But I don't agree. You get what you pay for in most respects.

Yup, I saw that. I hope it's faster. I think the nature of it being built as a web site makes it inherently slow on the PS3.
The other thing that (IMHO) makes Live better, is that ALL the arcade games can be trialed. On the PSN, you can't trial PAIN, or half the other games on there... unless it's Lemmings or Go Sudoku. I wouldn't have bought three of the four games I've purchased if I could have tested them before.

When i first connected to Xbox Live I was expecting it to blow the PSN out of the water. And what was suprising, like a kick in the face... WAS THAT IT DIDNT. I dont know what people are smoking when they say that XBL is better than PSN, i really dont. I think people have heard that; and believe it, but the two cant even be compared. You literally pay for EVERYTHING.. I saw some stuff on there you get on the PSN for FREE which you have to pay for on the 360. Amazing stuff... the PSN is by far the best... the ONLY thing that XBL has over the PSN is the demos. PSN for some reason deletes demos once they get too old; XBL isnt like that.

I only have the 360 and ps3 now as had the wii but sold it as no games i want to play on the wii. I buy the games and really do not care much about the console but if i had a choice i would sell the 360 and stay with the ps3 as the ps3 is more fun to play with

and it has a completely different range of games and gameplay to the ps3 and 360

Probably because it's aimed at more casual gamers than the PS3 and xbox.
I know someone who's only going to buy it for her son because she thinks the Wii Fit will help him get exercise.
