He told me that system wont let him pre oder the LTD Edition,but would put me down for standard and up grade me to Ltd edition once he's able to.

I don't think Play-Asia will have the LE. It's exclusive to Gamestop.

Dunno about that.

The artist that does the DGN is a guy from Perth and has no way been associated with MGS4 so far that i have heard.

Ps. Id pefere it if the game wasnt in a tin - maybe just have the plastic case game inside a tin would be better.
