Try WD HDD's. They're already formatted to work on the PS3's (unlike normal SATA external HDD's). My friend just got a 1 terabyte (1000 gb) WD HDD (with a casing shaped like a thich hard cover book!).

Although, I'm waiting on a 2.5" version (around 1TB).

I heard rumours Sony might release large storage internal 2.5" HDD's, not sure how big they'll make it...could be around 250gb??? Just a rumour though!
