Yeah i used to think the same but after all the things that have changed lately i think this part can also change. Oh and if you go to youtube and find the promo for next weeks ep, it pretty much points to Sylar being the bomb (though promo's do show things differently to what they are actually like). It also just gave me my new favourite quote "BOOOM"

Well judging from the Peter vs Sylar confrontation in Five years gone, they both probably have a part in the explosion, Sylar hinted towards it just before they were about to have their Fire/Ice brawl.

I'm thinking a showdown between the two in the heart of NY in the final episode, maybe Peter maxing out his powers and causing an uncontrollable releasae of energy or something, which would be the "bomb".

Ofcourse they could pull a total suprise with on us, time will tell

Just watched Episode 22, it was pretty cool; alot happened in it. They have finally all come together in NY for the showdown in the final episode next week.

The finale next week is also a 2hr length episode!

peter isnt the only one that could be the bomb sylar was originally the bomb but when future hiro went back in time and told peter to save the cheerleader (because sylar kills her and absorbs her power, then explodes and regenerates) and since sylar didnt kill claire he cant explode since he wont regenerate. then in the future that makes peter the bomb but i think it is still unclear since they both have the power
