Hey guys I ordered Top Spin and Sing Star from estarland just wondering how long postage normally takes?
Also wondering what postage normally costs because you never find out until you get to the checkout. I was getting both games for $60 each and then got slugged $28 postage but maybe that's because of the size of the box havign the microphones. What are normal postage charges with these guys?
Also is estarland located in the US or Asia?

Postage usually takes about two weeks.
Your postage for a normal sized PS3 game is $7 for the first game, then an additional $3 for every game thereafter.
However, some games will cost more to ship e.g. I got charged more for Time Crisis 4 (with the GunCon3)
eStarland is located in the USA.

eStarland look alright... i mean average prices unless you're going preowned, but lets face it; find a good US retailer and who cares about the price - its ALWAYS gonna be cheaper than RRP here.

1 to 2 weeks with eStarland.
I've bought a number of preowned games from them and have been really happy. All of them in great condition and I've picked up some great bargains.

If you don't trust online retailers, that's fine.
I've purchased 24 games so far from eStarland now, and haven't experienced a problem.

I've purchased over 300 (across many platforms) games so far. So I think quiting the online shopping arena is ok after 3 years or so of doing it.

Well, USPS is like our Australia Post.
Then there are UPS, FedEx, DHL ... etc
Startrack Express, Australian Air Express ... etc

No problems mate
It's why shipping on eStarland is so cheap. USD7 + USD3 for every item thereafter. Because it's through USPS, and not an international courier service haha

Ah cheers for clearing that up.. 1-2 weeks aint bad.. thats how long it'll take me to get Fallout 3 then lol At least eStarland ship international orders like 4 days early so the wait isnt so long.

See, I'm not sure about that. I guess it depends if you're lucky?
I pre-ordered Soul Calibur IV a week early from eStarland. Then found out they shipped my copy early because they were processing international orders 5 days early or something.
Didn't happen when I pre-ordered EURO 2008 ...

Hmm.. I guess it really comes down to how early they get their copies in. I work at EB right, and sometimes we can get copies like weeks before they're due to come out.. other times its only a day or two before its released, but most games its usually 4-5 days. I guess EURO 2008 was one of those last-minute things.

Probably, would make sense. Firstly the game's not that big ... unlike GTA4, or MGS4 or even Soul Calibur IV lol
I'm thinking of pre-ordering a few games from eStarland. But I'm wondering if I should wait until I arrive in the US in December and purchase the games then ...
