i dont know, personally i wouldnt like to see anything COMPLETELY new and out of the box just yet, id rather they bring out a perfected version of cod4 first with a better lobby and clan matching system, NO LAG, some co-op, maybe a couple of vehicles, NO LAG, better game modes like hardcore sabotage, uh NO LAG, etc etc.....

there's plenty to love about cod4 but still plenty of room for improvement, why move on when its not perfect yet?
