No cracks? Incorrect.
So far, only the BD-J (Blu-Ray Java) has been "cracked".
Well... there has been other cracks, but I CBF finding them.
There was some TIF crack too :\

The PS3 Pong Source is just the source code, allowing you to edit it.
The Devkit is so you can code your own homebrew.

Umm. Like. LOL, I haven't tried it. Haven't bothered, it's all boring homebrew :\
But yeah, there should be a README file when you download the files I posted above.
All I know is you download it to the root of a memory stick, run it like a video on your PS3 and then yeah, don't know/can't remember what to do from there.
