hi guys, it took quite some time before the ps2 really started to amaze gamers with certain titles n graphics, the first game to really stun me was the bouncer, devil may cry soon after, what was the ps2 title that really got u excited bout the ps2? cheers

The reason i bought a ps2 was for MGS2.

As soon as The Zone of the Enders came out i bought it asap because it came packed with a playable demo of MGS2.

I played the demo MGS2 before i even began playing Z.O.E.

MGS2 amazed me - and didnt i show it off...

- the shooting out of the lights in the rain

- the raindrops each one acting independantly

- the animations

- the cut scenes

- the lockers

- the fire extinguishers

- etc, etc.

This was a 'defining gaming moment' for me.

MGS 2- One of my all time greatest Gaming Moments without a doubt, MGS2 was utterly amazing

Ratchet and Clank Series- Fantastic!

Timesplitters 2- One of the most addictive games EVER! Awesome multiplayer, awesome single player, great all round. Timesplitters 3 was awesome on xbox, don't know if it came out on ps2?

Like IDDQD I wish I didnt sell my PS2, but I'm going to by one off Geno in a few weeks

Thats not entirely true cause they spend months road tesing cars to get the physics right...

...but yeah they really need to start making the cars wreck - cause when all i do is crash it gets boring not wrecking.

But i think they have had trouble getting the car manufacturers to agree to the wrecking of their photo realistic cars.

The first time i played Red Fraction was on the PC at this computer store were i had my work experience done there. I was stunned with all the effects of wall collapsing and Shooting through walls. And since then when i found out that it was on the Ps2 i got in a heart beat and not to say the multiplayer wasnt too shabby! Other Ps2 title i like to play the most was Operation Winback, now thats where its competetive and multiplayer was the best in this title! For last but not least..is this Rpg title i played alot was Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits!

yeah i lined up to hand over my $750 on day one of the ps2 even took the day off work lol. smugglers run was my first wow on the ps2 being able to drive to anywhere on the map you could see that was a first for any game i had played and it even had the ragdoll physics every one has been raving about of late, then it was GTA i must have played that first mission 30 times just going wow this is what gaming is about
