Playstation 3 Software & Firmware \ Condemned 2 any good?

G'day,
i was looking at a new game to buy and from what i have read about Condemned 2 it looks like it could be the go since its on sale at big w.

I have read fairly mixed reviews from it and was wondering if any of you guys have it or have played it and could tell me what its like?

I'd definately give it a big thumbs up mate. Was well worth the purchase, and I really liked the game's atmosphere. It's pretty brutal, and wouldn't recommend playing it up late at night by yourself..

Having said that, I'd buy it from EB.. they got it for $50 at the moment.. and play it for a week, then take it back if you dont like it and get your money back.

I would do what SiR409 suggests. Buy from EB, or hired it from somewhere first just in case.

Overall it is a good game though.

I played the demo and while it visually looked good and the atmosphere of the game was really good the controls where very fustrating. The controls are so slow and the combos are really boring,slow and felt really repetitive and that was in a demo hate to play the full game.

The game really plays on your emotions and fears, in the first person view you feel as if YOU are part of the game
