ha ha yeh i dont know why people are still complaing about this any way. it dosnt worry me having to convert things. and why do they what avi suport do people know ANYTHING about video compression avi isnt a video codec its a container that has a video compressed by a codec inside it. any way AVI is realy old MP4 and MKV's are the way of the future people get used to it

maby but i very much doubt it because they would have to buy the rights to divx to use it and theres no real insentve for them to do that. and then you would olny be able to play divx files i think converting is a nessary evil for the playstation.
