PS3 News \ DOOM 4 Will Look Better Then Rage
John Carmack has announced that Doom 4 will look better then the upcoming title Rage.
John Carmack stated:
"The next DOOM game will look like it's built on another engine, as it uses three times the horsepower
Doom 4 is built on a upgraded version of the Tech 5 engine. Though withe enhanced graphics will come a performance cost.As Rage will run at 60 frames per second and Doom 4 will only run at 30 frames per second.
At the moment Doom 4 has only been announced for the PC, as it is built on a multi-platform engine, the game is likely to be coming on the Playstation 3 and the Xbox 360 aswell.
