According to ripten.com, Infinity Ward, of "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare", are rumored to be developing an all-new IP, currently scheduled for release in 2009.
A Next-Gen "Hitman" has been rumored to be in development for release during Summer of 2008.
Ubisoft Montreal, of "Assassin's Creed", are planning development of "FarCry" for the PlayStation 3 for release in 2008, however, are currently developing "Prince of Persia 4"...
Insomniac Games, of "Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction", are currently developing the sequel to the most successful PlayStation 3 launch title, "Resistance: Fall of Man", currently under the working title of "Resistance 2", with it global unveiling planned for early next year, hoping to release the sequel late 2008.
Also, SONY are planning to release "Syphon Filter" for PS3 in 2009.
ripten.com also posted some small details:
"Street Fighter IV" will not look like the teaser trailer
"NBA Ballers 3" is currently shceduled for release in April 2008
SEGA have selected Eurocom to develop "Beijing 2008 Olympics" official videogame.
"LEGO Indiana Jones: The VideoGame" will tie-in with the forthcoming release of the "Indiana Jones & the Kingdom Of the Crystal Skull" film

"skate. two" will release for the PlayStation 3, and XBOX 360, in September 2008, and will be set in an all-new destination, departing from San Vanelona.
"Crysis" is currently scheduled for release on the PlayStation 3, and XBOX 360, in Q3 of EA's Fiscal '09 (October-December 2008)

The graphics are amazing and you know it, totally droolworthy and almost good enough to destract from the game itself. Crysis will be great on Ps3/360, but won't look as good as the PC version, not with the graphics chips in both consoles being less than the minimum recommended graphics cards for the PC system requirements. We'll have to see how it goes.
