I think Singstar censors the game though. I think there was a song that said 'damn' or something? It was just blanked out. Pissed me off so much ...

So with Disc 2 thats coming out on the 19th, is there a way to save the songs to your hard drive so it can all run on the 1 disc?
Although, i guess that will mean everyone will get hte songs, download them to hard drive and then take the disc back, so i doubt it.

I think Volume 2 are for people who can't purchase the songs off Singstore.
I believe those songs will be available to Volumne 1 owners via Singstore.
I'm entirely sure to be honest.

There's a feature that Singstar Vol. 2 has but the original Singstar doesn't. But they announced that there will be a patch so that the original Singstar owners can use the feature as well.

I read somewhere it was going to have a 'harmony' feature.
How that is different to songs like Robbie/Nicole 'Something Stupid' in Duet Mode is beyond me?
Maybe just more of it....which would be good though cause i can't sing harmony for poo, and would like to learn

Looking to buy singstar Vol.2, now is this basically like the 1st one just with different songs?
Like u can still download new songs from online? video cam with ps eye etc?

I think ill go vol.2 just for the fact i played vol.1 to death before i traded it.

It will be the same as Vol1 but with different songs yes & may have a new 'harmony' feature (read posts above).
It is not yet known if the songs on Vol2 will be some of the songs already available on the Singstore or if they are completely new songs.

Cool , yeah I dont believe any of those songs are on the Singstore yet so they must be all new songs. Anyone know how much just the disc is by itself as 30 songs for $45/$50 is cheaper than 30 songs at $2.45 each. But yeah at least you can pick & choose which songs you want on Singstore & you only have to use 1 disc.

yeh i think its pretty good selection, i played the 1st version WAY too much so it will be a good change.
cant wait to get it again.
I spent like 40 bucks on songs with my last ps3, and i tried to download them again for my new ps3 and it didnt let me. Anyone know if i ever will be able to get them again.

Price is going to be $59.95 i think, for disc only.
Same as Vol 1 was, which has since reduced to $40 in BigW
We used up disc 1 on the first night we owned it and needed more straight away!
Downloads are actually a bit scarce when you looking for songs you actually wanna pay for. I think we;ve downloaded about 6 in total.
This new disc looks pretty good 
Getting it for sure!
Partying/singing this Saturday and making sure there's a copy in the lounge room for sure, i ain't waiting !!!!

i received an email (a week ago) from news@au.playstationmail.com with a basic page to whats new/hot etc. The email it self said this :

Own it on June 19.
Open up the article and it's not mentioned again? (the harmony bit)
