PS3 Games \ Play-Asia Shipping, slow?

I ordered virtua tennis 3 and sonic on play-asia two weeks ago and haven't got it. i used the cheapest postage and it said 5-10 days, now i dont no wtf i should do, is it normal for it to be like this or has smething gone wrong?

p.s. it is my first time using play-asia

Postal service is the problem here, Play-asia usually ship next working business day, the 3 times I bought from play-asia so far:
1) took 10 days to arrive
2) Took 15 days to arrive
3) Took 14 days to arrive

All working days by the way, so wait 15 working days, if you still haven't received it, I'd send them another email.

but my friend did order a game with cheap postage and got it in 4 days. I guess it depends how fast it gets on the plane or whatever methods is used to transport it from HK to OZ.

One week I ordered one thing by ups on tuesday and one by slow shipping on wednesday and they both arrived on the Wednesday of the next week

Yeah nomally around 7-10 days for me but VF5 using cheapest shipping took 14-16 days for me to get, the copy of RR7 they posted to me two days later than VF5 arrived two days before VF5, work that one out!

I'm to cautious about the cheap delivery methods, I like to be able to track.

My order (a PS Eye) shipped on the 28th and I'm still waiting. I honestly can't recall how long my other orders took, but I thought about 2-3 weeks. I don't know how it gets shipped, but I know it is "Economy Air" and it doesn't take even a chicken that long to fly from HK to Australia... Maybe stuff gets stuck in a crate and actually physically shipped once a week.
