Well, I got my awesome new Logitech Z-5500D speakers and they're great. But there's a catch.
When I was setting them up and moving things around, I must've upset the PS3's wireless because my signal strength went from 75% to 55%. I don't think it was caused by the speakers because I tried moving them around and it didn't change much.
Any idea what could've disrupted the wireless? What are some common household items that would?

have you put anything between the ps3 and wireless that wasn't there before or even knocked anything

Hmm... then it might be because of the system because it is in between the PS3 and the router. But I moved the subwoofer and the wireless seemed to be the same. :/
Could it be the speakers?

Speakers have big magnets in them. Magnets create a magnetic field. Routers use elecromagnetic radio waves so there will be some interference. Any electronic device gives off elecromagnetic radiation. Simple solution would be separate devices to reduce magnetic interference. 
My PS3 is close to my AV but I get 100% signal. Just experiment. The PS3's wifi antenna is on the right, so standing it up might help.

just would like to know aswell, my wirless is running now at like 75 to 85% is there a big difference with direct cable, like i know its direct but how much different is it makeing my PS3. Like for Example- Warhawk to creat your own. i can only do up to 4 players yea i know **** connection 512 but like if its wired would it make any difference.

Damn my house! The way I've got everything set up makes the PS3's antenna facing the opposite direction. xD
And are the magnets in the speakers really dangerous to put near other appliances. There was a big notice on my subwoofer saying to keep it at least 60cm from any other electrical devices. o-o

A good wireless connection is as good as lined as far as i'm concerned. I can get over 17000kb/s (1.5MB/s) wirelessly. The better the signal strength the better everything.

This is why I don't but sub woofers... too much hassle for my liking whereas my standard TV speakers sound fine..now here's what you do... get measuriong tape and measure from each speaker to you wirelesss and if it less than or equal to 60cm the you have your answer.

ADSL2+ that's my max speed, average between 8000 to 12000.

I know. Put one of those babies on a lump of iron and you aint getting it off. TVs love magnets...not My sub sits behind my plasma telly...no probs though...yet.
