IMO, the 360 offers more.. i have both, but yeah i play my 360 10X more..

I doubt it-I had a look on the target website, and although it doesn't have the prices up yet, the deal isn't on the PS3 alone. It comes with 3 cheap games, and will most likely be sold for 699. Here's the page-
