send it to phony. otherwise get a new/second hand one.
I just had a similar case. its a motherboard/heating issue, nothing you can do about it.

if its pal, pay the money that phony greedily wants and get a refurbished one from them.

if its non pal, sell as broken on ebay and get another one from shops

or waste weeks troubleshooting like i did.
