On top of the usual navigation difficulties, you can't necessarily view all the website content if it requires the latest version of Flash player or some other plug-in cause you can't download a PS3 version of the software as its not supported (you get the usual, Mac OS, Windows, Vista etc.). So the web surfing capability is something you wouldn't hang your hat on. But the rest - gaming, and playstation store downloads, its quite ok.
