Hey I've been Time Trial (ing?) on line.I used a Lotus at Suzuka My Time? 2 minutes 11 seconds. The record? 2 minutes 1 second! Obviously horrified I checked out the record holder's replay.What I saw puzzled me somewhat his (her's?) gear shifts were a LOT faster than mine and the car (an identical Lotus 111) went around corner's as if on rail's.Why is his (her's?) car so fast and mine not? It's the same car,same tyres, it seemed as if the car was equipped with racing suspension and gearbox.His (her?) car took the 140R corner flat in top gear without so much as a twitch, I tried various setup's to no effect.Very puzzling.

You'd be amazed what the settings can do. I haven't played GT5P much, but my bro loves it. To get good times you must be using manual, and just grind through the gears to use them as brakes. Traction control off...can't think of the other settings. 10 seconds is not a great deal; I know you're thinking 'How the hell can someone cut 10secs off that!? It was perfect'...but there are always freaks out there with too much time on their hands. I definitely wouldn't put it down to cheating or anything, just a damn good driver

yeah im not sure. i've been playing around with camber and suspension recently and it seems to make quite a fair difference. not really doing laps to see time drops just on how the car feels to drive

and how well you set up your car as well. too much torque and you'd be spinning the wheels not enough and you'd be struggling to get anywhere
