Naughty Dog already stated that there full attention is on Uncharted 2 with a possible next gen Jak and Daxter to follow, so going from that info, not anytime soon, atleast from Naughty Dog anyway. Not too sure about Sierra though.

Naughty Dog sold the IP for Crash for a hunk of cash after they moved to PS2 development which is when they created the Jak&Daxter IP.

The original (PS1) Spyro games were made by Insomniac who also sold the IP and moved the Ratchet&Clank IP.

Note: this is all from memory but I'm sure a Google search will give you the definitive info.

But anyway, i think it was for the better. Insomniac have just gone from stength to stength with Ratchet & Clank and now Resistance... and same goes for N.D. - but i gotta say i prefure Crash to Jak & Daxter.. but Uncharted is such a cool IP lets hope they make that into a massive franchise. Its got limitless potential.
