Developed by Omega Force and published by KOEI, the team that brought you the infamous Dynasty Warriors series are just now putting finsihing touches on a new franchise for the PS3 called Bladestorm: The Hundred Years War. It's believed that the game will follow the history of the actual Hundred Years' War that was fought between France and England. The war lasted from 1337 to 1453 and started when English Kings fought over the throne of France. Militarily, it was the introduction of new weaponary and tactics, which led to feudal age armies being dominated by heavy cavalry.

Dammit... 50 hours of gameplay in this and not even half way through doing everything in it 
HUUUUUUUUGGGGGEEEEEEE Amount of Gameplay in this title, and the differences between this and Dynasty Warriors... Well lemme give you an example...
There you are, running up the hill to the enemy base, alone... Upon your approach the defence squads react and start approaching you, at which point you casually push L2 to pull up your recruit list and drop 30 Executioners (Elite Greatswords) in front of you, casually taking control of the squad you push (square) to make your squad shudder the ground with their swords, causing major shockwaves and 3 enemy squads go down, you continue to take the base in the space of uhmmmm.... 5 seconds!!!

even when they try to be smart, someone who knows the game knows they haven't a clue what its about

I played the japanese demo of this game wayyy too long ago, i am a fanslut of these kind of games, Kessen, Dynasty Warriors & Samurai Warriors & so on, so i did really enjoy this game, the graphics are pretty neato, i just think these games need a splash of blood & gore in them, that would make it even more hardcore to play

Agreed man, I'm pretty much 100% sure this is nothing like dynasty after playing the demo. There's a whole lot of strategy involved and actual story. I'm looking forward to it.:D
