Playstation 3 Software & Firmware \ Can't get into FF7

So anyways, I managed to get a hold of FF7, the original game on PS. I don't remember a whole lot about it apart from obviously a couple notable characters (Sephiroth) etc. But anyways, I was totally psyched about playing it. So I put in my PS3, and I barely got 10 minutes into it

Obviously the step back in graphics is somewhat....massive, to say the least. But yeah, I was rather dissapointed. Not in the game, but myself for caring so much about the looks of the game. I've never been a graphics buff.



Anyways, just thought i'd share. I will try to give it a second attempt, and clock it, as when I previously played, I got stuck after the plane crash. Mind you that was 10 years ago.

Yea, FF series is OK. But one its selling points has always been graphics for its time. Still though, if you don't play it you should sell it on eBay.

I'm sure you can get more than a good price for it.

ye the only way i dare play ps games is on my psp (psx games on a 32" 1080p tv look like tetris blocks)

I got a whole set of FF games last year off ebay for a sweet price. I was playing FF 7 but got distracted by all the good PS# games coming out. I should dip back into it. I think it is a good game, just very long-winded. The conversations can draw out a bit too long sometimes. I think I was up to..... the desert prison I think. Cant remember what was going on though.

crysis core was painful. I mean the game pretty much sucked badly. I only played it to watch the next beautifully rendered cutscene.
