I like the series and i play the arcade game which is pretty cool but i don't wanna buy another Japanese game where i don't understand anyhting lol. But i saw it on play asia and apparently the instruction manual is in english apparenly.

if anyone has played tokyo extreme racers then this is similar but with a long storyline. it includes missions for example "beat this person by 300m on a 1km course"
