News \ Warhawk Updates!

After searching the internet on what little facts i could find regarding news on warhawk i found the official game FAQ forum. Here is what has been recently posted by Dylan Jobe:
14/08 2:00PM - There have been a lot of questions about upscalling and overscan…just one of the many issues that we are faced with this generation.
We did take this in account when developing Warhawk though.
Warhawk *does* 1080i upscale for those of you who have HD tvs that fall into the 720p–>480p/i category. We still render 720p, but at least the game scans-out to 1080i so you aren’t forced to play at 480.
With regard to overscan, we tried to address this too. And you too correct, HDTV overscan varies a great deal. So…at the graphics options screen in Warhawk, we give you precise control over all 4 edges of the screen independently so you can position and scale the video output to match your specific display device.
14/08 3:58PM - Hi everyone, the clan limit was changed from 16 to 64 for the final product.
16/08 5:31PM - The PSN download is approximately 800MB
17/08 7:56AM - Yes, the Japanese version supports both English and Japanese.
Also — just in case you didn’t hear…
UK — Warhawk — August 28 for the PlayStation Store!
Sorry to keep our UK players waiting…we needed to give it a bit more time before we announced!
That is basically it so far, no word of an official Australian release date except for the blu-ray + headset bundle which is scheduled for around the 19th of September.
