Previous games were all fun and enjoyable fighting games that pushed the limits of last gen consoles. Soul caliber 3 was a PS2 exclusive, however lack lustre game modes and no real improvement to the series gave most fans a negative opinion.

Soul caliber 4 is looking very slick so far though... Can't wait.
