PS3 News \ Echocrome Coming To HOME

Echocrome, the 3d spatial puzzle game will be making its way in to Sony’s upcoming virtual word, HOME. This was today announced by the games lead developers Tatsuya Suzuki and Jun Fujiki.

The HOME version will be set on a 2d plane and probably will be located in one of the many arcade cabinets with-in HOME. The game's developers also talked about the concepts behind the original Echochrome.

The concept reminded me of two games in particular the rubik's cube, and sudoku. Both of those have several things in common it's all about getting people to play with rules and laws. We wanted the same with echochrome. Only rules and challenges nothing else.

No other information was given out about the HOME version or if it will be ready for the open beta
