News \ Alone In the Dark coming this June
Atari have recently announced that their highly-anticipated survival-horror title, Alone In the Dark, has been postponed yet again from it's previous May release window.
Alone In the Dark is the fifth installment of the franchise, with the last game in the series, The New Nightmare, released almost eight years ago in 2001.
This forthcoming installment was originally intended for release during the latter half of last year, then slated for release in March and pushed back to May. Now, it appears fans will have to wait a little while longer.
"The game has been postponed from May to allow the development team at Eden Games to polish the game to an even higher standard and deliver the best possible experience to gamers with this remarkable product," said head of Atari UK's Public Relations Lee Kirton.
Alone In the Dark is now set for release on June 20th this year for PC, PlaySation 2, XBOX 360 and Wii across all PAL territories, however, PlayStation 3 owners may be forced to wait even longer as no confirmed date has been announced as of yet...

Im actually really looking forward to this game, the driving sections and the ability to bust open any door without using a key has me very intrigued, i cant wait!

They are trying to make the PS3 version a lot better from what I read.
The limited edition looks sweet. It only appears to be XBox and PC though.

After all, how many times has it already been postponed? And why? To fix it up a little bit more?
It mustn't be very good if they're still fixing the bugs.
