According to ShackNews it seems that the rumors then confimation of 75-100 people having been laid of by LucasArts was only the beginning. It now seems that LucasArts may be terminating internal development altogether.

According to Shack news's sources as soon as the Force Unleashed is released in September LucasArts will move to sack another 100 staff and cease internal development and entirely rely on out sourcing their projects from now on. LucasArts is no stranger to outsourcing its licensed products. With previous partners inlucding.

• Pandemic: Star Wars: Battlefront
• Totally Games: TIE Fighter, X-wing
• Travelers Tales:Lego Star Wars, Lego Indiana Jones
• Day 1: Fracture

This puts question marks over the head of the new (non Lego) Indiana Jones game that was announced back 2006. Which is reportedly going to be outsourced to another developer after the closure of the internal LucasArts studio.
