News \ E3 2008 - Sony officially confirms God of War 3
During their E3 2008 press conference, Sony officially announced God of War III, a game that many of the Playstation faithful already knew (or heavily suspected) existed.
A trailer was shown for the game, featuring a voice over that spoke about the sacred halls of Olympus being breached.
The trailer ends with a zoom on Kratos' face as he says, "In the end, there will only be Chaos."
No release date or window for God of War III was given.

Mate, I highly recommend purchasing God of War 1 and 2. Buy it from EB (since they have the 7-day policy) and try it out

Well I would highly recomend finding a copy of gow 1 or 2 on the ps2 then.

So you didnt have a ps2 then? It was only one of the biggest selling exclusives on it. Also there is a chains of olympus gow on the psp. Basically its a game where you kill lots of bad guys with swords attached to long chains.
