For pre-order incentives (freebies) then I took the games back for refunds. Now I only have two copies. The UK Limited Edition Steelbook case cover and the Press Kit Review Copy.

Sorry dude, firstly they were only officially released for the UK...I don't know why it's exclusive to them!? So, you can't just buy the steelbook case on it's own. Unless you're lucky enough to find them on eBay, but they'll prolly charge you the same price as buying a new copy instead! Good luck with the quest!

nope, no luck...so far...lol....id be so happy if i get to eb one day and see one on the preowned shelf....buy it, swap the case with my case (since they wouldnt have a limited ed. sku in their system ).....then return
