Colour of your PS3 Skin?

Anybody know if PS3 Skins (face plates) are sold in Australia somewhere? Whether it's from a retail store or an Australian website?


It doesn't necessarily have to be for just PS3 either, I'd be interested in a PSP version as well. Thanks.

I really wanted a spongebob one.. in the end i gave up and just slapped a spongebob sticker in the middle.. myps3 sticker is also on there..

It's a pain in the ass to get a skin anywhere it seems, wherever I go looking all I find is 360 faceplates lol

Yea, that's true. But my 60GB PS3, the case has totally lost its shine. So many "scuff" marks.

From ebay I'd say, so many sellers from Hong Kong and China selling them.

I has skin on my PS3 after a little dusting accident where the number "3" fell out and my dad wanted to cover it up. I don't like it as it depletes the luster and shine of my PS3.

Btw, this is the site i used to get my skin. I think they ship to Aussie residents.

Yeah they're skins since they PS3 doesn't have changable faceplates like the 360 does. And these are special type of skins where it doesn't leave some of the residue like normal stickers does.

So they're kinda like the protective stickers you applying on the PSP screen that can easily be removed and re-applied? Or are these stickers used once only?

Thanks for the info mate, I may get one if I find one I love or if my PS3 loses it's shine.

Maybe they should make a matte or shiny black sticker??

I've seen one on the net, though they're not officially called RE...I saw one with the 'Umbrella Corp' sign.

iam not really into the skins for the PS3 1st my console is tucked away under the tv so id never really see it.although iam thinking if you did get one it will protect your console from yukky scratches in the long run..

I like the original gloss black look of the PS3 but if I see a nice subtle looking skin I might slap it on. I rather not have something that's to load.
