But geez, my mum just told me something I wish she hadn't.
Last night there was an accident where she works.
Mum works night shift at a factory in Shepparton, but last night some poor guy (a friend of mum's) had an accident on one of the machines and lost four of his fingers.
It's going to be on the local news for Victoria at 6:30 tonight I think.
Poor guy though.
Sorry to bring the mood down, but I feel so sorry for the guy. Mum's so shaken by the accident that she doesn't want to go to work tonight. I don't blame her. But it must be really bad to have that effect on mum.

Anyway, mum didn't see the accient, but there were a lot of cops hanging around afterwards. The machine in question has been taped off. I wish mum didn't have to work there though. Some of what she's told me about that place......
