AS a long time PS3 watcher, but not a buyer, I agree with Winnie. The price here is stupid when compared to the price parity in the USA. In the USA they've added more features to the PS3 and reduced the price. Here in order to reduce the price they have to strip a lot of features out. I'd be tempted to buy a US console but Sony have shot themselves in the foot there too by making them region specific for PS2 and Blue ray. Sorry Sony, remove the region lock or develop some price paritiy with the US market, then I'll come back for another sniff, or I'll wait for a chip to become available. It's insulting to be asked to pay an extra $250-300 in Australia for a worse machine?
