I love all the monsters in all the Silent Hill games. Each one represents different fears and aspects of the characters minds.
So much thought, care and even fear has been put into each enemy. And all that combined creates monsters that can and will cause nightmares (honestly, I had nightmares the first night I saw the twin headed monster from SH4).
As for my fave character, I would have to say Harry. After all, he was the first to experiance the madness in Silent Hill. The first game is and always will be my favorite.
