We wont start if for a while yet man because this one isnt finished yet. But when we do you can choose what image/chaaracter you want for the medal and just announce it like Cherrona did, say the amount of medal that will be issued and ask a question for the users to answer in order to get there medals

I'll add the medals to the profiles

I feel its fair to give users the chance to give out medals, make it more involving besides admins doing it all the time. abit of flexibility around the site if you know what i mean man
