Obviosuly not as good as the first list you had, but still a good setup.
Are you still getting an 8800GT? One thing you will really need to look into, is that the 8800GT is a VERY large graphics card, slightly smaller than the GTX but still huge. It will only fit into certain cases. It barely just fits into my Antec 900 case (and thats a specified gaming case).
I have doubts it will fit into that case you have suggested..but look into it.
EDIT: In saying that, im assuming you're building the PC yourself..which you probably arnt..in that case it shoudnt be too much of a prob, they will just notify you if they run into that problem and you can just choose a new case.
