Online, PSN and Hosting \ COD4 - Problem - Locked - Locked

I have been having a problem since the day i bought Cod4(4 days ago). I have been wanting to play online with some people from this site and from my school/family. I never seem to be able to connect when i choose my type (Team deathmatch/Deathmatch). The game will keep loading and i sit there for 1/2 an hour on my couch waiting for the game.

If i do seem to get a change to connect, I get the error 33.
