Once again players assume the role of Gordon Freeman, a scientist destined to save the Earth from hordes of gruesome alien attackers. Valve has created a fully realized world in Half-Life 2, with objects and characters that feature accurate physics properties, behaving with the appropriate mass, density, and physical properties of their real-life counterparts. Extremely intelligent computer AI result in enemies that plan, adapt, and respond to the player's actions.

The next-gen console version comes packed with bonuses in addition to the genre-expanding original Half-Life 2 game. Half-Life 2: Episode One and Episode Two add-on levels are also on the disc, as are the stunningly complex puzzle game Portal and the online phenomenon Team Fortress 2.

This will be better than Halo 3. And that says a lot coming from the biggest 360 fanboy on this site... this is my #1 game for 2007, I absolutely can't wait! I'm spending $1200 on a Sony Bravia LCD just for THIS game alone...

Why do none of these games get put up on My360??

after playing half life 2 on the original xbox, i found nothing really special about this so hopefully this version will add that little something special to this, with FPS like halo 3, crysis n blacksite on the horizon, i personally have little hope for this.

i dont think i'll get this on the ps3 mainly cause im gona be buying and downloading it from steam the second it comes out. but i must say half life games realy dont suit consoles well but they are one of the best gameing franchises of ALL TIME to bad it takes valve like a million years to make them. quality over quantity i gess

I love Halflife 2 one of the best games ever on pc i have it on steam along with episode 1. Halflife for me is the best fps game ever nothing comes close! Should be good on ps3 and 360 but i cant see it coming close to the pc version with its mods and map making tool hammer...
