I had one of these with Warhawk (which I took back and swapped for Call of Duty) and it didnt work too well - in fact I couldnt get it to work at all! I've had no luck with Blue tooth stuff - now Ive got a PS3eye btu cant tell if that work either! LOL

This happened to me one time. i think it was a connection difficulty. Try resetting the PS3 then try to connect the headset once more. i did that and it all worked out for me.
