Got this for christmas - havent used the video conferencing yet - but it works great as a mic for online games as well - just set it in settings to be the default mic for gaming - on COD4 works just like a bluetooth headset - Im impressed.

Really? I got it for $64 at that shop about 2 weeks ago just before Christmas - is there a new sale on... $38 is ridiculously cheap man - buy it!

I just bought one for $38! There's still one more on the rack if any other Hobartons want one. The package had some odd mess of tape around it which I asked a staff dude about but he said it was just to keep the security tag on.

I got the Playstation Eye yesturday.. testing it out and playing around with the software that comes with it.. u can download it from the PSN Store.

This is the best camera out for gaming consoles in my opinion, 4way microphone aray, with a zoom in feature when u wist the camera. doesnt work so well in the dark starts to pixleate but still good when you start the chat because the screen goes all white and lights up the room all and all for a $70 gaming camera 10/10

OK, so my imported unit come in the mail just the other day.. tested her out shortly.. AWESOME quality! I can't beleive its got 4 microphones as well! haha i bet they're gunna use that in many 'eyetoy' type games.. like where a persons voice is coming from in the room etc. I dont know.. they could probably do that with a stereo mic.. but it sounds cool anyway.

With the room light on.. video quality is excellent but like port3s said.. **** in the dark.. as expected.. no webcam works well in the dark.. especially one under $100! Mine = only $43!!! haha import it! Aussie dollar is great at the moment.. your stupid not to get one along with a dualshock 3.

ive had this for a while now, like a while and havnt use it much only when have friends over which only mucked around on the cammer tools like mirror image and stuff, but how much can you do that, just want to know is the games for the playstion eye are they any good.
