PS3 Games \ Video game for my girlfriend

Mnyello.

I'm trying really hard to get my girlfriend to play video games, but she's very picky =]. She'll only play a game what:

- Doesn't rely on a story line
- Is really simple to play.
*side note* her fav game ever is Mario Kart, but she likes ps controllers.

I think that's about it... Pick up and play style would be good. I was thinking of Burnout Paradise when it comes out. But yeah... what do you think?

My girlfriend really likes Motorstorm (the only racing game she'll play), it's not too hard. Or try the Simpsons like wutang suggested, my girlfriend and I play that on two player co-op and she loves it, and because it's drop in - drop out she could just pick it up when she wants and leave if she gets bored.
Hope this works out for you man, there's nothing cooler than having a girlfriend who's into gaming too.

I would think Guitar Hero 3 is resonably easy for someone starting out but honestly you're on the wrong website. The Wii is perfect for pick-up-an-play easy games. Super Paper Mario is one of those games, Wii Sports/Play are the same, so is Metal Slug Anthology, Cooking Mama, WarioWare: Smooth Moves, Carnival Games and some more i cant remember. Plenty of hardcore games too like Zelda, Metroid, Mario Galaxy, Res Evil 4, Res Evil Umbrella Chronicles and a bunch more i cant remember rite now but we've also got Mario Kart Wii and Super Smash Bros Brawl coming soon along with Wii Fit. Besides, if you think she'd like old-school simple games, you can download NES, SNES, N64, Master System (soon), Megadrive and Turbographix games on the Wii. Ps3 is more of a hardcore gaming system, but i love both.
