PS3 Console \ shutting ps3 down, it goes weird (2 times so far) ?

hi all, when im about to turn the ps3 off and the wireless is flashing on the ps3 and i try to turn the ps3 off it just stays flashing green and beeps then goes to standby? lol is that normal, or is it that i have a SD and MS in my Memory slots on my ps3?

i have no idea then. i have cable internet, but im using it wirelessly through modem router. it may do with the internet data transferring? im not sure

lol... i dont know. :o i have psn signed in and mem cards in and there is net activity and i want to turn it off but it just flashes green and beeps

my PS3 does that all the time. do you take the disc out before you quit the game then turn it off. because i did that once and it happened

well when i turn mine off, the light on the console flashes green and beeps then shuts down, nothing abnormal about that

that isnt normal... i just press PS then shut off and it dosnt beep, unless it does what it does :o

mine beeps to let me know its turning off, three beeps for reset and one for turning off

yeah mine does weird stuff like that all the time.....its like it gets stuck trying to shut down and just freaks out a little. other times it freezesduring games, loading games, quitting games, all sorts of times! everything works fine when i turn it back on though, thank god

With the amount of times mine freezes when on the Net, I don't know what's normal.
