If you can find a pic for the medal, then sure. Just post any ideas in the medal thread (it's pinned near the top of the forums page I think).
As for a thread, that would be fine, but do that after you find a medal so you can add it to the first post.

oh, wait, maybe we should just use the upcoming GTA 4 medal? Otherwise there are going to be GTA medals everywhere.
